SEWRPC Information

The Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (SEWRPC) has finished A Regional Water Quality Management Plan Update for the Greater Milwaukee Watersheds. This plan includes recommendations related to land use, surface and groundwater quality in Milwaukee area watersheds, and the direct drainage area to Lake Michigan. This planning process was conducted jointly with the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewer District (MMSD), who recently completed the draft of their 2020 Management Plan for their facilities and operations.
