Farwell to a Great River Friend

Milwaukee Riverkeeper would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the family of Pieter Godfrey.
Pieter Godfrey, passed away on Monday, June 13th, in his sleep at his home on the Milwaukee River. He was 53 years old.
Pieter was one of Miwaukee Riverkeeper's River Heroes for his unrelenting devotion to protecting the Milwaukee River Greenway. He was a long-time river advocate, Milwaukee Riverkeeper supporter, and ecologist.
He will be dearly missed.
